• What is the step to register .com.my or .my domain ?
  For *.my domain registration, please fax a copy of your company’s Form D/24 or 49 to our office at +60(3)77295243 . Please remember to quote your domain name in your fax.
  
  
• Is there any refund if I register wrong domain name?
  There are no refund for any domain registration fees regardless of reasons. Please choose carefully before registering a domain name.
  


• Do you lock my domain name if I register with you ?
  We do not lock your domain name. The domain name is yours and therefore we do not lock your domain name. You are free to transfer your domain name to other registrar as you like. You will also be given a control panel to manage your domain name.
